The red varietals grow low, close to the soil in Mediterrean warmth, giving aromatic wines of strength and character. The white grapes are protected in the shade of cool pergolas producing pleasing wines both mineral and fruity in their freshness.The wine cellar has been hollowed out of the rocky soil and is a little inaccessible…
